Lihan Machinery owns machine shops more than 6500m², there is three ultrasonic machine mechanical assembly lines, one riveting machine production line, and one machine frame production line in it, they can manufacture more than 100,000 ultrasonic machines per year.

Machine frame production line consists of more than a dozen of lathes, milling machines and gantry type milling machines, which are used to produce machine frames and support parts. This is the first progress of making a machine. All materials are processed into the designed shape here, and our machine frame production line can ensure the mass quantity and high quality of the products we manufactured.

Ultrasonic machine mechanical assembly lines produce various ultrasonic respirator making machines, ultrasonic laminating and embossing machines, ultrasonic cutting machines, ultrasonic non woven bag making machines. These machines are all automatic and can be customized.

This workshop has about 100 assemblers, 15% of them have more than 10 years of relevant experience, 30% of them have more than 5 years of relevant experience, their superior skills and rich experiences ensures our production capacity and products quality.

Our workshop implement 6S management standard, the working area is organised and fully functional. All finished products and semi-finished products are put in the specified area. The clean and tidy working area is not only conducive to the safe and health of the workers, but also reduces the handling works, increases the work efficiency, and enable our mangers to find the problem timely.

The workshop uses multiple product line to produce multi equipment simultaneous. They also can produce customized machines according to clients’ needs.

• You should provide product sample and specific requirements, or product drawing.
• We will research product sample and requirements, then give you a project proposal and project price.
• After the contract is assigned, you should pay for the initial payment, and then we will start manufacturing the machine.
• After we have finished manufacturing, we will use mold to test the machine and then inform you to come to our factory for user testing.
• After you confirm the machine is Ok, you should pay the balance payment, and we will start the machine delivery.
• After you received the machine, we will provide after-sales service, including dispatching technician to your factory to install and debug the machine, training your staff how to use the machine, etc.
